In recent years, SRSF provided funding for many significant activities.  For example:

•     Rotary Boys & Girls Club:  provided $375,000 for capital improvements to the facility located at 19th & Spruce;

•     Winners for Life:  honoring Seattle high school students for achieving academic excellence while overcoming unimaginable odds in their quest to finish school;

•     Rotary Support Center for Families (Wellspring Family Services):  The Rotary Club of Seattle and SRSF undertook a five year capital campaign raising over $4 million to build the Rotary Support Center for Families at Wellspring Family Services.  SRSF contributed $800,000 to this project; and

•     Disaster Relief:  SRSF collaborated with other Rotary Clubs to provide both financial aid and supplies to victims of the tsunami in Asia, and the hurricane-ravaged Gulf area of the U.S.
