Disruptive Change in Retail -From the Pandemic to the Future

In this fireside chat moderated by Rotary member Jonelle Johnson, Nordstrom CEO, Erik Nordstrom, will touch on the disruptive change that was already in place in the retail industry when COVID-19 hit, and how the pandemic accelerated these trends. The retail customer has changed how they discover, buy, and receive products, and Nordstrom doesn’t believe these trends will revert back post-pandemic. The implications are large, not only for Nordstrom, but also for the Nordstrom teams and communities...this is especially true for the retailer’s hometown of Seattle.
