It is my pleasure to introduce to you Tiffany Lewis with the classification of Food and Beverage.  She was proposed by Trish Bostrom, who we thank. 
 
Tiffany is the creative genius behind Cookies With Tiffany.  She is a native of Seattle, growing up in a family of five where everyone contributed to the family meals.  She has been playing tennis since the age of three and played for Chapman University. She met Trish at the Seattle Tennis Club.
Having been professionally trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Tiffany has worked on the culinary team for celebrity chef Curtis Stone in Los Angeles, done food styling and culinary production for Giada De Laurentiis and the Food Network, taught cooking classes at Sur La Table, served as COO, recipe developer, and adult programming manager at Froglegs Culinary in Seattle, started a consulting and culinary education company and acted as MC and culinary director for the critically acclaimed Newport Beach Wine and Food Festival and Pacific Wine and Food Classic (voted top 10 food festivals in the nation by USA Today). Tiffany is now a “cookiepreneur” and chief cookie officer of her newly launched gourmet cookie company, Cookies With Tiffany.  Cookies With Tiffany’s goal is to help individuals and companies alike deliver a little bit of happiness, one cookie at the time, all straight to your doorstep. If you want to wow your employees while they are isolated, just arrange for a delivery of her cookies, or soon-to-be pies. 
 
Tiffany is joining Seattle #4 Rotary because she is committed to being involved in the community.  She already is involved with the Junior League.  She would like to serve more.
