Carmen will have a personal dialogue with us on why our approach and priorities are timely and essential.

March Meeting Report
For the March seminar of the Diplomacy Initiative, Rotary member Daniel Chen, Director General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Seattle, gave a presentation about Taiwan, and opportunities to invest in its economy. In the Q & A time following the presentation Daniel also addressed the issue of anti-Asian threats and violence in the U.S. in his role as a spokesperson for immigrants and expats from Taiwan. Daniel met last week with Police Chief Adrian Diaz to share his concerns with law enforcement as well. We are privileged to have Daniel in our club to strengthen our membership's ties with the broader community as well as with the people of Taiwan.
