MEETING REPORT
AAA Washington is more than emergency road service
Heather Snavely, president & CEO of AAA Washington, told Rotarians on Wednesday how she brings 30+ years of marketing and brand development experience to AAA Washington where, she says, in general AAA nationally has operated as “somewhat like an old boys club” that has thought the same way about the business for a long time.  AAA Washington is an independent branch of a national organization that boasts one of the largest membership groups in the U.S.  “We are looking for a younger urban audience,” she said, “by emphasizing programs that better meet their needs from technology innovations to RideShare.”
