Today’s Market Outlook and Outcome-Based Investing with Jack Ablin

January 8th at Noon
Hyatt Olive 8, 1635 8th Ave

As 2020 approaches, many investors are feeling anxious with geopolitical tensions a primary source of their unease.  A recent survey revealed that 72% of investors describe the investment environment as more challenging than it was five years ago.

Jack Ablin, Chief Investment Officer and founding partner of Cresset Capital, will discuss today’s market outlook. In addition, Jack will speak on outcome-based investing and how we should start with our goals in mind, then develop an investment strategy to support those goals.

Jack is the author of Reading Minds and Markets: Minimizing Risk and Maximizing Returns in a Volatile Global Marketplace which was on The Wall Street Journal bestseller list in 2009.  He is a frequent contributor to CNBC, Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, and Barron’s.

Together, Rotarians Transform the World

As Rotarians, we are leaders connecting for extraordinary good –both in our community and around the world.  Together we are eradicating polio and malaria, bringing fresh water to rural villages worldwide to stop the spread of disease, and helping our neighbors in need with housing, healthy foods, and educational opportunities.

Once a year we ask you to fulfill your membership obligations and take action by making two gifts that will transform our world.  One is to the Seattle Rotary Service Foundation (SRSF).  The other is to The Rotary Foundation (TRF).  Thank you for taking action now to help our club have a powerful and positive impact on our world.
