Jeff Barzilay, COO of PBS

For 55 years PBS and its member stations have been serving communities across the United States as a publicly funded, nonprofit media network. In that time, the broader media sector has experienced massive shifts in behavior and business model. Jonathan Barzilay, Chief Operating Officer of PBS, will share his insights into the current state of media and journalism, as well as the road ahead for public broadcasting and PBS.

Zoom Outage Issue

Due to a nationwide Zoom outage on Wednesday, we were unable to live stream our meeting with featured guest speaker Jeffery Robinson. We do have a meeting recording available for viewing though on YouTube (use the button above to access; audio comes in during Jon's opening remarks).

If you are interested in learning more about the work of Jeffery Robinson and The Who We Are Project, please check out the documentary Who We Are-A Chronicle of Racism in America.
