How to Be More Persuasive, Productive, and Happy
Shari Storm, Category6 Consulting
Learn the art of motivating others and yourself to get more done and enjoy doing it. Whether it is at home, at the office, or at your Rotary club, small changes in the way you approach others, can have a big impact on your effectiveness.
Join us for a funny and insightful look at harnessing the power of persuasion to get those around you to go the extra mile at whatever you are trying to accomplish.
Rotarians heard two distinguished speakers, 8th Congressional District Representative Dr. Kim Schrier and ACLU Policy Counsel Leah Rutman, say government should not be making decisions that should be made between a woman and her doctor. Since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe vs. Wade (or a constitutional right to an abortion), several states have outright banned abortions or severely restricted them. As a result, abortion providers in Washington State expect a 385% increase in abortion procedures.

This fair will be focused on getting children ready to learn. We will have school supplies available for children, and other services available to help families regain housing stability. To see volunteer roles available for this event, please clickHERE.
All volunteers must be signed up prior to August 19th, for a specific role and either one or both shifts. No additional volunteers after this day can be signed up. When you arrive for your volunteer shift please find Faye and check in. If you have a Wellspring shirt, please wear it. If not, let us know your size and we will provide one!
