Grant Proposal Form 2025-2026
Grant Evaluation Criteria

For questions, please email International Service Committee Chair Maddy Vonhoff

Application Requirements Including Club Member Advocate:

Every grant proposal must have a Rotary Club of Seattle club member as its primary advocate.  The primary advocate cannot be a staff member of the organization seeking funding by the proposed grant. The club member advocate is responsible for making sure all grant application submission materials are complete and submitted by deadline and will continue to act as a liaison between the applicant organization and SRSF through the grant and its completion, if funds are awarded.

Application Deadline and Presentation Scheduling:

Grant proposals for the next annual cycle of funding must be submitted to by March 11, 2026. If we decide to move forward with reviewing your proposal, someone will reach out to schedule a 10-15 minute virtual presentation where you will “pitch” your project to the International Service Committee. Grants will not be considered for funding without a presentation to the committee.

Funding Availability:

Funding for FY 2026-2027 will be available on or after July 1, 2026.  Please request funds only when the project is ready to start.  Requests for the release of funds must be made by the club member project advocate and the requesting organization using the Grant Payment Request Form.

Required Project Reporting:

The club member project advocate and awarded organization are responsible for submitting final or progress reports as the project is complete, but no later than May 31st of each year.  Please use the Grant Report Form to submit this information, including project photos and videos. Reporting is an essential accountability step and the report is used to compile the SRSF Annual Report to all members.
