Five-term Secretary of State of Washington and retired Republican leader Ralph Munro will share his insights on the role of democracy in our country and the transition of our national leadership to a new administration. Having been appointed our state’s first volunteer coordinator in 1969 by Governor Dan Evans, Ralph will also speak to the value of public service and its impact in fostering a unified national culture.
