Jennifer Steger is the Pacific Regional Manager for the NOAA Restoration Center, a Division in the Office of Habitat Conservation housed in the National Marine Fisheries Service.
Jen grew up in New England and attended Immaculata University in Pennsylvania double majoring in biology and chemistry. She received a Master’s degree in environmental geography and ecology from the University of Connecticut where her thesis focused on mapping natural and human impacts and tracking wetland loss along the Hudson River shoreline from the Battery to the Troy Dam.

Jen lives in Issaquah and prefers to spend time outdoors with her husband Phillip, her
sons Jonathan, and Christopher and her Labrador Bumblebee.
