Around 80 club members gathered Wednesday night for an important all-club meeting to allow attendees to hear from the Future Vision Task Force team and express their concerns for the implementation of the task force's report. There was passionate discourse regarding club committees and projects, with many voicing long-standing frustrations and fears for the future. We also heard from members that are excited with the possibilities that the report and its recommendations provides. It is my hope that this evening cleared up some concerns and reminded members of what true club engagement looks like - coming together in person, meeting and engaging with your fellow Rotarians, and activating to do your part to contribute to the club and its success into the future. And if this was the first club event you've attended in a while, welcome back. We hope to count you in our number as we work together to enliven and enrich our club for its posterity and future.
